College of Natural Resources and Environment

The College of Natural Resources and Environment (CNRE) is one of the smallest colleges of Virginia Tech. It is comprised of 4 departments while there is a satellite program in Northern Virginia and two Institutes attached to it. The Forestry department has been rated as the 2nd best in the country (after Oregon State)
