=== Pipe Burst ===
On February 13th, 2018, a water pipe burst, causing all residents to evacuate. Some residents have moved to the Graduate Life Center at Donaldson-Brown Hall, while some chose to remain. Though the second and third floor were slightly affected, the first floor was significantly flooded. Approximately all residents on the first floor reported some form of personal property damage, and have reported no reimbursement; Housing Services cited section 9 "University Liability" of the Housing/Dining Contract Terms and Conditions.
