Though the second and third floor were slightly affected, the first floor was significantly flooded. Approximately all residents on the first floor reported some form of personal property damage, and have reported no reimbursement; Housing Services cited section 9 "University Liability" of the Housing/Dining Contract Terms and Conditions.
