Changes

The Mid-Atlantic Broadband Communities Corporation, formerly known as the Mid-Atlantic Broadband Cooperative operates over 1700 route miles of fiber optic network in southern and southeastern Virginia. They also have an [[w:IRU AgreementIndefeasible rights of use|IRU agreement]] agreement in place with several providers to provide connections to major Internet exchange points in [[Northern Virginia]] and Atlanta, Georgia.
