The CRC currently has 121 tenants and attracts an average of 20 new tenant companies each year. Tenants of the CRC include: the Defense Contract Management Agency, Honeywell Corporation, the Virginia Tech [[Institute for Critical Technology and Applied Sciences]], the National Weather Service, [[TORC]], and NewCity.
